Because 8thereal has changed 3PL providers/carriers, we are updating this policy to reflect practices. Customers will receive an email regarding their package tracking information. Please be aware that 8thereal cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please keep track of your shipment's status.
Order Processing and Shipping Times:
We strive to process your orders promptly, typically within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location:
- US & Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Global: 5 - 28 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 28 business days
In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email or phone. Please note that 8thereal reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or insufficient stock.

Shipping Options and Fees:
We offer an Economy shipping method, which typically delivers orders within 5-28 business days, depending on your geographic location. Shipping times may vary depending on factors such as: your location, issues with shipping routes concerning events such as those relating to weather, geopolitical, and standard delays as expressed with USPS . Please note that our shipping policy applies to all orders within the United States and the specified international countries.
For your convenience, we provide FREE SHIPPING on orders:
- US/Canada Orders: Free shipping for purchases $40.00 or more.
- A $5.99 Shipping Fee is applied for all orders $39.99 or less.
- Global Orders: Free shipping for purchases $80.00 or more.
- A $19.99 Shipping Fee is applied for all international orders $79.99 or less.
