Return Policy
What is our return policy?
Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on unopened items that are in the original packaging purchased through www.8thereal.com.
If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us at support@8thereal.com and we’ll replace that item.
Returns and Exchanges are currently being accepted for orders purchased through www.8thereal.com and within 14 days of receipt of your order for the U.S. and Canada. If 14 days have gone by upon your receipt of the order, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For international shipping customers, Returns and Exchanges are currently being accepted for orders purchased through www.8thereal.com and within 28 days of receipt of your order. If 28 days have gone by upon your receipt of the order, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Any items not approved for return included in the return package will not be credited. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing.
To start your return process, please contact support@8thereal.com. Once we have received and processed your approved return, please expect the credit to appear on your bank card or credit card account within 7-10 business days.
Returned merchandise policy
8thereal policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products. We inspect and then properly dispose of any returned items that have been used, damaged or expired.
